Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the distance between a rotor and the yoke of a stator, improve efficiency and facilitate the accurate positioning of a plurality of coils, by placing the coils in prescribed positions and integrating the coils together to manufacture the stator. CONSTITUTION:A necessary number of coils 8 are placed in prescribed positions and integrally molded with resin to manufacture a molded coil assembly 15. This assembly is fitted in a stator. A shaft hole 16 is provided through the center of the molded assembly 15. The top and bottom of each coil 8 are exposed. A through hole 8a is provided in the center of each coil and supplied with none of the resin. A terminal lead-out portion 17 is provided on the bottom of each coil. The terminal 8b of each coil is picked out through the lead-out portion 17. For example, the coils 8 are fitted on the projections 20 of a lower metal mold 19, the coil terminals 8b are picked out through lead-out holes 22 and the resin is poured through a gate 24 and set to manufacture the molded assembly 15.
