Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure the correct copying with the original put to an optional position of the original board, by detecting the original on the original board and then performing the recording at the position where the original is detected. In the case of the copy recording, substrate board 19 of the optical unit shifts toward direction Q and at the same time the repetitive raster scanning is given to the information of the original board toward direction P. And the correspondence is secured between directions Q and R of the reading part and the recording part each as well as between directions Q and S of the reading and recording part respectively. Thus the position of the original can be detected by receiver 14 regardless of the position on board 11, and the recording is carried out from the detected position.
