Abstract
PURPOSE:To maintain the steady oscillating action by keeping the small power consumption at the rear-step dividing circuit as well as to obtain the good high frequency properties at the front-step dividing circuit until the battery voltage is consumed extremely. CONSTITUTION:Quartz oscillating circuit 2 gives the connection between the feedback circuit including quartz oscillator 7 and the area between the input and output terminals of ED (Enhancement Depression type) CMOS6; and front-step dividing circuit 3 gives the subordinate connection between clocked ED CMOS8 and 9 which receive the oscillation outputs of the phase difference of 180 deg. to each other from the input and output terminals of CMOS6 and are then inverted alternately. And rear- step dividing circuit 4 inverts the output of circuit 3 received level shift 5 via E<2> (Enhancement/Enhancement type) CMOS10 and then gives the subordinate connection between clocked E<2> CMOS11 and 12 which receive the phase difference of 180 deg. to each other from the input and outpt terminals of CMOS10 and then can be inverted. As a result, the good high frequency properties can be obtained at circuit 3 until the battery voltage is consumed extremely, and at the same time the power consumption is reduced at circuit 4 to maintain the steady oscillating action.
