Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure the maintenance of the steady high-frequency oscillation until the battery voltage is consumed extremely, by using the ED (Enhancement Depression type) CMOS having the good high frequency properties for the front-step dividing circuit and also the E<2> (Enhancement/Enhancement type) CMOS of the small power consumption for the rear-step dividing circuit respectively. CONSTITUTION:Front-step dividing circuit 3 gives the subordination according to the necessary division number to clocked ED CMOS 8 and 9 which can be inverted alternately by receiving the oscillation output having a phase difference of 180 deg. to each other from the input/output terminal of ED CMOS6 having the good high frequency properties. On the other hand, rear-step dividing circuit 4 inverts the output of circuit 3 via E<2> CMOS10 and gives the subordinate connection by the necessary division number to clocked E<2> CMOS 11 and 12 having the 180 deg.-phase difference to the input/output terminal of MOS10. Here the ED MOS having the good high frequency properties is used for circuit 3, and at the same time circuit 4 uses the E<2> CMOS with the small power consumption respectively. As a result, the steady high-frequency oscillation can be maintained until the battery voltage is consumed extremely.
