Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the transient sound when the power source is turned off by providing the reverse current preventing diode with the cathode connected to one end of the resistance of the power decoupling capacitor for the first amplifier plus the anode connected to the power terminal each in order to increase the time constant while the power source is turned off. CONSTITUTION:The audio signal sent from the audio equipment or the like through input terminal 1 is amplified through amplifier 2 including the first and the second amplifiers 2a and 2b to be then delivered to output terminal 3. And the output is supplied to load 4. Then power decoupling 7 for the second amplifier is connected between amplifier 2a of amplifier 2 and power terminal 5, and furthermore reverse current preventing diode 9 is connected between power decoupling 7 for the first amplifier of amplifier 2a and terminal 5. Thus the shock sound caused by the ON/ OFF of the power source can be prevented. The cathode side of diode 9 in the transient sound preventing circuit of such constitution is connected to resistance 6b of coupling 6, and the anode side is connected to terminal 5 respectively. In this way, the time constant while the power source is turned off is set longer than that of coupling 6. As a result, the transient sound can be prevented effectively when the power source is turned off.
