Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy formation of IC for the oscillating device as well as stabilize the working of the device, by forming the oscillating device with the differential amplification circuit using the transistor and at the same time using the transistors with the shared collector for the feedback circuit. CONSTITUTION:A differential amplifier is formed with the 1st and the 2nd transistors(TR) TR1 and TR9, and feedback circuit 2 is connected between the base and collector electrodes of TR1. Thus an oscillator circuit using the TR is obtained. Piezoelectric oscillator 21 plus TR12 with its collector shared with TR16 are provided to circuit 2, and then the desired oscillation frequency is obtained by circuit 2. This oscillation output is applied to TR9 via the emitter resistance connected in common to TR1 and TR9, and the output is extracted out of the collector terminal of TR9 to be applied to load circuit 6 from the emitter of TR16 via coupling capacitor 22. In such constitution, the voltage having the phase relation of 180 deg. is obtained at load resistances 14 and 15 of TR1 and TR9. Thus the oscillation current to be delivered to power terminal 18 can be prevented to give stabilization to the oscillating action.
