Abstract

PURPOSE: To properly control an exhaust reflux device of an internal-combustion engine at all speeds and loads by correcting a control signal from a pressure sensor in accordance with a temperature of the engine.
CONSTITUTION: Suction and exhaust passages 1 and 2 are communicated with a reflux passage 3 having a reflux control valve 4 in order to reflux some of the exhaust gas to a suction system. To the control valve 4, the suction pressure near a throttle valve 8 and the air through a control solenoid valve 10 are applied in order to adjust the opening of the valve 4. The solenoid valve 10 is driven by a control circuit 11, to which signals from a pressure sensor 5 for the exhaust gas pressure in the reflux passage 3 and a sensor 9 for the opening of the throttle valve 8 are input. The signal from the pressure sensor 5 is compared with its reference value previously stored in the circuit 11, and a correction signal is output in accordance with the difference between them. The correction signal permits a proper reflux.
