CONSTITUTION:A thermal starter circuit is constituted of a series circuit consisting of a metal heater 10 having high melting point, bimetal switch 4, and a ceramic heater 9 so that the heating of the bimetal switch in thermal starter operation is performed by the metal heater 10 having high melting point. If leak is generated in a luminous bulb, the metal heater 10 having high melting point is fused, so the safety of a stabilizer can be increased.
