Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the communication connection for the subscribers in a remote station if the control from a master station is disable, by the exchange processing by taking the time sharing multiplex gate circuit controlled in the fixed signal pattern as the message channel switch. CONSTITUTION:The signal multiplexed at the coding circuit 3 and the digital sound generating circuit 13 is input to the designated composite circuit 4 via the gate element 14. The signal in synchronizing with each channel of digital signal is produced 15 from the clock signal and the frame signal used for coding 3 and decoding 4 of audio signal to control the switching of the gate element 17. The gate element 14 is located in matrix and the time sharing multiplex gate circuit 16 is formed. The gate signal generating circuit 15 produces the fixed gate signal according the pattern determined for mutual communication line assurance in the integrated unit and between units, and the signal exchange processing of the gate circuit 16 is made at the fixed pattern. The message channel 8 is thus constituted, and the control reducing the intraoffice exchange processing for the remote time sharing exchanger can easily and economically be made at a failure.
