Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the adsorption, absorption, etc. of the intended component to the dust by leading the flow of the gas in which gas and dust, etc. coexist into an inertia collision field or the like to remove the dust, etc. then sampling the gas.
CONSTITUTION: The gas in which dust and mist coexist enters a tubular body 2 through a gas suction nozzle 3 and is spouted to the inside surface of the side wall of the tubular body 2 from a convergent end part 3a. At this time, the dust and mist collide against the inside wall owing to inertia and are separated from the gas flow. They accumulate on the bottom of the tubular body 2 and only the gas emits through a suction port 5. Further, the gas is led into a spiral tube 10 through the suction port 11 at the end part 8a of a centrifugal force field mechanism 7. The dust and mist of fine particles which could not have been captured by the inertia collision mechanism 1 collide against the inside surface of the spiral tube 10 and are thereby separated away. Since the gas after having been separated away of the specified particles of the dust, etc. in this way, the adsorption, absorption, etc. of the intended component to the dust may be prevented.
