Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the necessity of removing cable being used in an earth anchor construction method and the like, by a method wherein an outer periphery of a hollow material which is weak against shearing strength such as vinyl-made hose is made of fibers having sufficient traction strength being formed into a rope-shape, and thus fabricated material is cmployed in the earth anchor construction method as an anchor cable for tensioning purpose.
CONSTITUTION: An anchor cable for tensioning purpose is constituted in the manner that, a rope body 2 is knitted by a chemical fiber such as nylon and the like or a natural fiber, and the fabricated rope is wound around a hollow material 1 being made by a material easy to be shorn like a hose made of vinyl monolithically and in layers. Said anchor cable is inserted into a pit 4 previously bored in a bedrock 3, followed by the filling of the whole of the boring pit 4 injecting an injecting material such as mortar milk or solidifying agent through the hollow material 1, and the anchor cable is firmly fixed at the boring pit 4. Said anchor cable has a sufficient traction strength, but weak for shearing, however, the weakness does not constitute an obstruction against the succeeding pile driving in, etc. accordingly, said anchor cable is buried in the earth as it is.
