Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure the measurement of the oscillation frequency under the processing cource, by increasing the gain of the oscillating circuit in accordance with the increment of the impedance of the oscillator so as not to cause the attenuation for the vibrating amplitude of the crystal oscillator althrough the processing external force may be applied when the frequency is controlled. CONSTITUTION:The current flowing to crystal oscillator 1 is converted into the voltage through current-voltage converting circuit 2, and this converted voltage is applied to control voltage producing circuit 6 to be compared with the voltage of reference voltage source 7 and then to be delivered in the form of the control signal of automatic gain control circuit 3. At the same time, the output voltage supplied from circuit 2 is supplied to control circuit 3, and the output of circuit 3 and controlled by the control signal of circuit 6 is applied to phase control circuit 4. The output of circuit 4 is amplified by output amplifier 5 and then applied to oscillator 1. Thus the current flowing to oscillator 1 is made constant to hold the vibrating energy of oscillator 1 at the constant level. In this way, the mearuement of the oscillation frequency made possible for oscillator 1 even under the processing cource, thus reducing the processing time as well as increasing the processing accuracy.
