Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure easy starting for an oscillating circuit which is hard to start at a low temperature and with the like factors, by having a continuous start with a frequency near the oscillation frequency of an oscillating circuit to be started and stopping the application of the start signal when the oscillation becomes stable. CONSTITUTION:In case an oscillating circuit III has no start immediately after application of a power source, the Q' terminal output C of a triggerable monostable vibrator 20 is set at a high level. Thus a tristate buffer IVc functions as a mere buffer, and the output signal (b) of an oscillating circuit IVa is applied to the circuit III to ensure a continuous start. As a result, the circuit III starts oscillations to have a sufficient amplitude and a certain level of frequency fo at the final stage of oscillation. Then the Q' terminal output (c) of the vibrator 20 is set at a low level at and after the time point when th e oscillation becomes stable, and accordingly the buffer IVc closes the gate with an output terminal Y set at a high impedance. As a result, no signal (b) is applied to the circuit III but continues a stable oscillation by itself.
