Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the leak current while facilitating production by means of a conductive chlorine ion sensitive film made of an organic material in which at least silver chloride particle is dispersed.
CONSTITUTION: A copper disc 2 is bonded at the lower end of the protective tube 1 made of an insulator such as glass and synthetic resin with an adhesive 3 and a lead 5 of an insulating covered shield wire 4 is connected on the top of the disc 2 by solder 6. The lead wire 4 is led outside via the cap 8 fastened at the upper end of the protective tube 1 with an adhesive 7. The chlorine ion sensitive film 9 is provided on the undersurface of the copper disc 2 and the non-ion-sensitive film is provided on the sensitive film 9. The chlorine ion sensitive film 9 is composed of an electrically conductive thin film made of organic material in which at least silver chloride particle is dispersed.
