Abstract
PURPOSE:To miniaturize a driving motor by driving a power circulating circuit, in which a rolling transmission gear to be tested and differential planetary gears capable of changing the number of turns are connected with each other in series, by means of a motor the capacity of which is corresponding to a power loss. CONSTITUTION:In the case of setting load torque T, when the differential planetary gears 1 capable of changing the number of turns is driven by a no-stage speed changing operation on observing the indication of a torque meter 5 in a state of driving the main driving motor 6, the number of turns + or -nw of the internal gear 15 can be adjusted in a state of no-stage, and the load torque T corresponding to the slip factor S can arbitrarily be set.
