Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the output temperature coefficient of a monolithic digital- analog converter (DAC) by constituting a feedback impedance circuit by a series body of a resistance and FET. CONSTITUTION:Digital input circuits 1'-4' drive, bit by bit, electronic switch couples 6'-13'. To inputs 33-36 of respective bit-by-bit electronic switch couples, one-side terminals of resistances 16-19 of 2R are connected and the R-2R ladder circuit consists of resistances 21-23 of R and resistance 40 of 2R. Then, the feedback impedance circuit is composed of FET5 whose main electrode is connected in series to resistance 25'.
