Abstract
PURPOSE:To fulfill excellent oscillation with a little parasitic oscillation and loss by applying an oscillation control voltage to the gate of a transistor via a diode by applying a positive voltage to the drain while grounding the drain via a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:Field effect transistor FET23 is used as a drain grounding type and the oscillation frequency of FET23 is varied by varactor diode 24. In this case, the drain of FET23 is grounded via capacitor 22 and also applied with positive voltage +VD. Then, diode 24 is connected to the gate of FET23 in terms of direct current and diode 24 is applied with an oscillation control voltage being grounded via capacitor 27. Consequently, excellent oscillation comes into effect with a little parasitic oscillation, loss, etc.
