CONSTITUTION:By chemical vapor deposition or other method a substance represented by formula MX (when M is one or more among Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, Al, Si and Ca, and X is one or more among B, C, N and O) is lamination-covered onto the surface of each of sintered hard alloy parts consisting of carbide or carbonitride of one or more kinds of transition metal elements selected from Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo and W and of one or more among Fe, Ni, Co, Cr, Mo, and W as a binder. At this time, one or more kinds of common elements are allowed to be contained in the parts and each innermost layer and in other covered layers. Thus, the bonding strength between the surface of each of the parts and the covered substance is enhanced.
