Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the influence of distrubance and perform analysis with high accuracy, by independently installing a light source, a detection cell and an arm holding a differential photocell, on a mount and by separately adjusting each member.
CONSTITUTION: A light source 23, a detection cell 24, a finely adjusting screw 26 and an arm 28 are fitted on a mount 22. A differential photocell 25 is supported by the arm 28. A force is applied to the arm by an elastic member 29. The rising part 28b of the arm 28 is brought into contact with the tip of the finely adjusting screw 26 to adjust the optical position of the differential photocell 25. When light of the light source 23 enters into the detection cell 24, the photocell receives the light. A pair of magnetic pole pieces 34, 34', a dumbbell 35, a mirror 36, etc. are provided in the detection cell 24. Hollow balls 37 filled with oxygen gas of known concentration are provided on both the ends of the dumbbell 35. A feedback coil 38 is wound around the dumbbell. According to this constitution, fine adjustment in a wide range and analysis of high accuracy are enabled.
