Abstract

PURPOSE:To make adjustment with high accuracy possible with simple construction by such constitution wherein while a supporting frame which supports a detecting prism is held pressed stably to a body by means of a leaf spring the detecting prism is adjusted. CONSTITUTION:A leaf spring 44 is fastened to a body 39 by means of three screws 45, whereby the revolving shaft 33 of a supporting frame 30 which supports a detecting prism 31 is pressd to the bearing parts 42, 43 of the body 39, and the frame 30 is fixed stably to the body 39. The leading ends of adjusting pins 46 are brought into abutment on the adjusting surface 34 of the frame 30, and the angle of a detecting prism 31 is adjusted by changing the pressing forces thereof. Hence, the prism is adjusted with high accuracy with the simple construction.
