Abstract

Then, the rotation fulcrum is determined by screws 14 and 17, and the vertical angle of mirror part 6 is determined by adjusting screw 14, and the horizontal angle of mirror part 6 can be changed by flowing a current. The rotation limit of mirror part 6 in the horizontal direction can be determined by adjusting screws 15 and 16 connected to base stand 1 by screws.
