Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform highly accurate positioning of photodetectors, etc. with simple constitution by making a detector holding shaft which is pressed by a spring freely slidable with a block and moving the block and block supporting member by means of the similar constitution. CONSTITUTION:A detector holding shaft 29 which is fitted into a block 31, is pressed at one end face by a spring 33, and supports a photodetector 10 at the other end face is freely slidable with the block 3, and is positioned by being slide and moved by way of a bolt 35. This block 31 is moved with respect to a supporting member 39 via set-screw 41 by means of the similar constitution and the shaft 29 moves together with the block 31 in the direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of itself. In the like menner, the member 39 moves vertically. Hence, the three-dimensional positions of the photodetector 10, etc. are finely adjusted by the simple constitution, and the highly accurate positioning of the photodetector, etc. is accomplished.
