Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a measuring system which can endure a large load, the existence of a magnetic field and a high-temperature atmosphere dependent upon acceleration by fitting a magnetic flux generation coil and a detection element to a structure through a gap or a nonmagnetic substance and measuring the magnetic flux quantity by the detection element.
CONSTITUTION: Magnetic flux generating ciol 6 is excited by high-frequency power source 8, and resistance 9 is connected to power source 8 through amplifier 10 so that the magnetic flux may be held constant in displacement measuring. Then, a displacement detection part is constituted by detection element 7, filter 11, AD converter circuit 13 and indication part 14. Magnetic flux generation circuit 6 is obtained by winding insulating steel wire 16 around high-permeability magnetic core 15, and a similar structure is given to detection element 7. Thus, when since an induced voltage inversely proportional to the square of the distance between coil 6 and detection element 7 is generated in coil 18 of detection element 7 when coil 6 and detection element 7 are connected to conductors 1 and 2 respectively to flow a high-frequency current, a measuring system which can endure a large load, the existence of a magnetic and a high- temperature atmosphere dependent upon acceleration can be obtained for a high-speed moving object and a vibration object.
