A coil 6 wound by a winding 5 is arranged at the outer periphery of the boss 2, a ring-like resin guide member 7 is inserted into a central hole of the coil 6, and the outer periphery of the coil 6 is enclosed by an iron plate yoke. In order that the shaft 9 is inserted into the plunger 3 in this construction, a hole is perforated at the shaft 3, the shaft 9 is inserted into the hole, and the entire periphery of the lower surface 11 is clamped fixedly. In this manner, the shaft 9 may not be bent, but the plunger 3 can smoothly move elevationally.
