CONSTITUTION: The kish graphite, which has been unutilized up to now, is treated by the ore dressing, and its content of fixed carbon is regulated to 60W97wt%. (This is desirable to be 70W95wt%). Next, this kish graphite is briquetted (into 1W5mm granules, for instance) using the binder (water glass, for instance). Thus prepared carburizer has a lowered content of impurities, so that it never causes the material defects and is excellent at the point that it can be manufactured at a low cost.
