Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to keep an output voltage fixed even in case of change of a load current, by providing a linear voltage generation element in a part where voltage drop can be ignored and by causing this element to generate voltage change according to fluctuation of the load current and by feeing back this voltage change. CONSTITUTION:Resistance R and MOSFET T1-T3 are provided, and potential V1 of the connection point between FET T1 and T2 is applied to the gate of MOSFET T4. Consequently, FET T4 becomes a variable constant-current source controlled by potential V1. Resistance R is a linear voltage generating element connected between MOSFET T5 and power source Vc, and potential V4 of the connecting point between resisrance R and FET T5 is applied to the gate of FET T3. Constant voltage VB is applied to the gate of FET T1, and FET T1 out of FET T1-T3 which are connected in series between power sources VA and VC functions as a constant current source which flows always constant current I3. Potential V2 of the connecting point between FET T2 and T3 is applied to the gate, and FET T2 functions as a constant-voltage element for level shift.
