Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent torsion in such a way that wire material is fed out by making a guide move in downwardly expanding conic gyration, which is convolved and held into a bailing vessel to revolve around a gyratory axle at the lower part of the guide.
CONSTITUTION: A core P5 of a bailing vessel 5 is staggered by the proper length to the gyratory center P4 of a nozzle shaped guide 4 revolving conically, and the core P5 is made to revolve around the center P4. In consequence, all the loops of the wire 2 fed out of the guide 4 are orderly layered in eccentric condition with gradual changes of its dropping positions in the bailing vessel 5, and given torsion in advance by the gyration of the guide 4. It is offset by torsion to be produced at the time of taking it out. Thus, after taking it out, no torsion is produced on the wire 2.
