Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve productivity of a bailing pack product by preventing torsion and tangle in such a way that wire material is fed out by making a guide move in downwardly expanding conic gyration, which is convolvend around a bailing vessel that tilts and rocks at the center of a gyratory axle of the guide.
CONSTITUTION: With a bailing vessel 5 tightly fixed on a supporting part 8, while a different diametral rocking roller 6 is turned, if wire 2 is fed in through a conically revolving guide 4, because the bailing vessel 5 maintains a constant angle and rocks to the gyring center P4 in the revolving locus A4 of the guide 4 which revolves at its constant position, all the loops of the wire 2 are orderly layered in eccentric condition with changes of its dropping positions. In consequence, since each loop is orderly layered without tangling up and down, and given torsion, the torsion at the time of taking out can be offset without tangle when taking it out. Thus, the problem which has been brought about at the time of taking out can be solved.
