Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve orientation property by a method wherein after 50-90wt% of mixture of one or two kind of fusing agent selected among sulphates of Na etc. or chlorides, bromides, iodides or fluorides of Na etc. is mixed with one weight part of amorphous Ba, Sr or Pb ferrite particle, they are sintered by heating at or above the temperature of melting point of fusing agent. CONSTITUTION:Mixture of 500g of ferrite particle powder which is consisted of an amorphous starting particle and 500g (50wt% of total weight) of BaCl2 is loaded into a crucible made of Al and sintered by heating in an electric furnace. Next thereto after BaCl2 is washed away from sintered product by warm water of 50 deg.C, and Ba ferrite particle powder is gained through filteration and drying. Thus obtained Ba ferrite particle powder comprises hexagonal plate particle and each particle is independent and has equal size.
