Abstract

PURPOSE:To control a precharging current to suppress generation of pop noise and so on, by inserting a current Miller circuit among a feeding source, a bias means and a precharge means. CONSTITUTION:Transistors Q124 and Q123 for current Miller constitution are inserted among feeding circuit 100, a bias means, and a precharge means. When resistances R121 and R122 are so selected that R121=R122 may be true and prescribed bias potential VS is set to the half of feeding potential VC, sum 2VBE of voltage between bases and emitters of transistors Q121 and Q124 is compensated by the sum of voltages between bases and emitters of Q122 and Q123. Meanwhile, collector current I12 of Q124 is given by (VC-4VBE)/(R121+R122), and the collector current of Q148, namely, precharge current I1+I12 becomes KI12 on a basis of the property of the current Miller circuit, however, constant K is determined by the ratio of emitter areas of Q124 and Q148. Consequently, if current I12 is set in this manner, the precharge current is controlled automatically, so that generation of pop noise and so on can be suppressed.
