Abstract

PURPOSE:To feed hot water with a high temperature necessary for supplying hot water at all times even when the load of hot-water supply and heating coincides by a mechanism wherein a hot-water supply port is mounted at the upper side of a hot-water storage can and a water supply port at the lower side and a feedport and a return port for heating are installed between the both ports. CONSTITUTION:When heating is performed under a condition that hot water with a high temperature is filled in a hot-water sotrage can 1, heat is radiated, and the hot water, whose temperature is already changed into a low temperature, enters a lower portion of the hot-water storage can 1 through a return pipe 12 for heating and a return port 11 for heating. Since the specific gravity of the hot water with the low temperature is larger than that of the hot water with the high temperature, the hot water with the low temperature is collected to a portion lower than a position B of the hot-water storage can 1, and the hot water with the high temperature exists at a portion upper than the position B. When the hot water with the low temperature enters, the contacts of the first and second hot-water temperature regulators 15, 16 are closed, and a heater 2 is operated to heat the hot water with the low temperature until the hot water with the low temperature is turned into the hot water with the high temperature, until temperature distribution coincides at the upper portion and the lower portion. Thus, the hot water with the low temperature and water are admitted to a lower layer, and not mixed with the hot water with the high temperature, thereby the water with the high temperature can be supplied at all times.
