Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify piping structure and smooth the adjustmemt of its operation speed by directly connecting the exhaust port of a cylinder cover to that of an electromagnetic valve and installing an air passing area requlating body in its exhaust channel.
CONSTITUTION: The exhaust port 4 of the cylinder cover 1 communicates with those 3a to 3l of the solenoid valve 2 through the communication hole 5. The communication hole 6 penetrated into the inner walls of the holes 3a and 3l and both the holes 3a and 3l communicate with each other through the long groove 7. The screw hole 10 is mounted toward the exhaust port 4 of the communication port 6 and the speed regulating bolts 8 and 9 are spirally fit into this screw hole 10. By installing the taper surface 8b (9b) which directly contacts the small diameter section 8a (9a) with the taper surface 6a of the communication hole 6 and changing the spiral fitting location between the speed regulating bolts 8 and 9 and the screw hole 10, the opening area of the communication hole 6 can be changed and the operation speed of the cylinder can smoothly adjusted by regulating air volume.
