Still another output signal phi406 is transmitted as a latch input to a latch circuit 20. The output phi401 of a temperature detection oscillator 14 of relatively large temperature coefficient is transmitted to a gate circuit 18. The output phi405 of the gate circuit is transmitted to the counting circuit 23. The outut phi407 of the counting circuit is changed into a signal phi408 through the latch circuit 20. The signal phi408 is applied to a driving circuit 21. The output phi409 of the driving circuit is applied to a display element 22. Since analogue processing by an operational amplifier or the like is not needed altogether, integration can be very easily effected.
