Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the measuring accuracy of the apparatus and to make it cheaper and smaller by providing a computation circuit with a memory circuit, CPU, an external adjusting mechanism adapted to be analogically controlled from outside to give reference signal to the CPU and an A/D converter. CONSTITUTION:The output of an ionization chamber 2 provided in a radiation detector 1 is connected to a multiplexer (MPX) 5 through an amplifier 3. Transistors 8 and 15 detect sample temperature and are connected to the multiplexer 5 through an amplifier 9. The analog signals thus collected to the multiplexer 5 are converted with the A/D converter 6 and applied to the CPU7. The frequency signal of a vibrator 13 in a density detector 12 is taken into the CPU7 through the counter 14 and the reference value from the external adjusting mechanism 16 is inputted into the CPU through the A/D converter 17. The CPU digitally processes the operations according to the software memorized in the memory device 11 and the results of the computation are outputted as the analog signal from an isolation converter 19.
