Abstract

PURPOSE: To make possible accurate weighing without decreasing workability by starting zero-point deviation detection operation automatically when a feed stop state and a unloaded operation state are detected.
CONSTITUTION: When the feed control signal (a) from the line post-stage inputs and the feed control signal S is generated upon stopping of the motor 1a of a screw feeder 1 and when the load cell 3b of a belt scale 2 detects no load and the unloaded signal H is generated, the output of an AND gate 7 is applied to a zero-point adjusting device 8. This causes the renewal operation of the corrected value J of the belt scale 2 to be started and the correction of zero point deviation is accomplished automatically. The output of the load cell 3b is applied to a total transport amount display device 6 via integrator 5, whereby the total amount is displayed. In this way, the automatic zero point deviation correction is accomplished without interrupting the work and the accurate weighing becomes possible.
