Abstract

PURPOSE:To make unnecessary the high precision for processing a hot block and a cavity block by providing the gate block of an injection mold in such a manner that it can slide inside the hot block and touch the sliding surface of the cavity block. CONSTITUTION:In an injection mold formed by a method wherein the melted resin is injected in a cavity 3 from a gate 1' inside a cavity block 4 through the spool 6, runner 7 and gate 1 of a hot block 2 and thereafter the hot block 2 is moved slidably along a sliding surface 10 so that the tip of the gate 1 may touch the sliding surface 10 of the cavity block 4' and seal the gate 1, a gate block 8 movable slidably in the runner 7 of the hot block 2 is provided and also the gate 1 is provided at the tip of the block 8, while the block 8 being energized by a spring 12, for instance, so that it may touch the sliding surface 10.
