PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect a signal current accurately and stably by grounding a dark current via an electrode holding plate. CONSTITUTION:The electrode holding plate consists of insulator 2 and metal plate 3 adhered 4 by stacking. Then insulator 2 is cut off until metal plate 3 to form grooves 7 and electrode insertion grooves 8 are also formed. Next, alternate anode 5 and cathode electrode 6 are inserted into grooves 8. Consequently, a dark current flowing from electrode 5 to electrode 6 via the surface of insulator 2 is grounded by metal part 3.
