The code set is stored in the ROM, where the main program is stored, or another ROM, and the code set is changed by exchange of the ROM or rewrite. In this case, system control unit SCU issues a command to module control unit MCU, and MCU decodes the command to control the control object element and returns response to SCU; and the relation between SCU and MCU is defined as this relationship between master and slave. Then, the code set stored in the ROM of MCU, and the code of the code set is read by CPU of the module control unit.
