Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a magnetic noise and the shortening of life of a bearing section by providing the bearing fit section of an end frame between bearings with an intermediate substance consisted of an elastic substance with a bigger thermal expansion coefficient than that of an end frame. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate substance 4, to be placed between the interior circumference of a bearing fit section 1a and the exterior circumference of a bearing 2 of an end frame 1. has a cyrinder-type tube section 5a. The above intermediate substance 4 is formed with a metal tube 5 with a collar section 5b on its one end facing inside, rubber which is bonded on the whole surface of the interior circumference by baking or the like and an elastic material 6 of synthetic resin or the like having the bigger thermal expansion coefficient than the frame 1. With these composition as above-mentioned, even though the oscillation caused by the absorption and reaction between a rotor and a stator is transfered to the bearing 2 through the rotary shaft 3, it is absorbed greatly by the material 6 of the intermediate substance 4, and the conveyance to the frame 1 is prevented. Also the occurrence of void between the bearing fit section 1a and the bearing 2 is prevented because the degree of expansion of the intermediate substance 4 is larger than that of the bearing fit section 1a. Accordingly, the occurrence of a magnetic noise and the shortening of life of the bearing section due to abrasion are prevented respectively.
