Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to perform desired pressure control, by connecting the output port of the servo valve to the tested body directly and discharging the internal hydraulic pressure of the tested body with the throttling valve under a given throttling operation.
CONSTITUTION: The pressed oil having a given pressure from the hydraulic pressure source 24 is input to the servo valve 25 via the heater 33, and the signal source 22 develops alternating signal for drive with a given frequency, and the preload setter 34 generates the preload signal of a given level to set static pressure of the initial stage. The two alternating signal and preload signal are given to the servo valve 25 as the control signals via the summing point 31 and amplifier 23. The internal pressure of the tested body 28 is controlled with the detected output of the pressure sensor 29. The control unit 33a of the oil heater 33 detects the temperature of the pressure oil of the hydraulic pressure source 24 and performs ON-OFF control for the oil heater 33 based on the fluctuation of the temperature to keep the oil temperature at a constant value.
