Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the responsibility of a hydraulic control circuit and provide stepless flow control with a compact and low-cost variable throttle valve, by combining stepped control using fixed throttle valves with stepless control using the variable throttle valve.
CONSTITUTION: Oil under control of a hydraulic pressure source 2 including a hydraulic pump is introduced in a hydraulic cylinder 1 through a reversing valve 3 which is connected with the hydraulic pressure source 2 through a group of fixed throttle valves A composed of fixed throttle valves 4W4" in parallel and reversing valves 5W5" connected in series with those fixed valves respectively. The valve group A is also connected with a variable throttle valve 6. The transfer speed of the hydraulic cylinder 1 is detected by a detector 7 and the signals are put in an operation unit 8 to control the variable throttle valve 6 in accordance with the deviation from a set value of a setting device 9. The reversing valves 5W5" are controlled according to the set value.
