Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the zero point from moving when the attenuation of a differential pressure converter is controlled and obtain an attenuation corresponding to the control quantity by providing a rotatable valve body and a valve guard in the sealing liquid passage provided in either one of the two liquid-sealing chambers.
CONSTITUTION: The differential pressure between the pressures applied to diaphragms 2 and 3 is transmitted through a sealing liquid 6 to a bellows 4, and a converter 5 connected to the bellows 4 is displaced to generate an output. On doing this, the sealing liquid 6 passes through a damper hole 18 made in a valve body 7, and the fluid friction produces a damping effect. In the constitution, however, turning the valve body 7 permits the damper holes 18 to be selected so that the fluid resistance is varied to control the attenuation. Moreover, the valve body 7, which is provided with a valve guard 11, a wave washer 14 and the like, has no possibility of plays. Therefore, all faults such as the shift of the zero point in the conventional methods are eliminated.
