Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve response to oil hydraulic pressure by removing bubbles in pressure oil.
CONSTITUTION: With valve 14 close and valves 16, 18 and 19 open, tank 12, pressure chamber 4, tested body 9, and piping are evacuated by vacuum pump 17 and at the same time, bubbles in supply oil 13 are also removed. With valves 16 and 18 close and valve 14 open next, air pressure from air pressure source 15 is applied into tank 12 to fill pressure chamber 4, tested body 9 and the piping with supply oil 13 via valve 19. A signal generated by oscillator 8 is amplified by servo amplifier 7 to operate servo valve 5, thereby controlling oil pressure applied to piston 2. The vibration of piston 2 is transmitted to rod 3 to push the pressure oil in pressure oil in pressure chamber 4, thereby controlling the internal pressure of tested body 9 according to the waveform of oscillator 7. The pressure generated through the movement of rod 3 is applied, as it is, to tested body 9.
