Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to realize high sensitivity and also to give effect to adequate IC-implementation with hysteresis by providing an input-output transfer gate, output holding circuit and a couple of integrated capacitors. CONSTITUTION:This circuit is equipped with input transfer transistors Tr11, 20, output transfers Tr16, 18, output holding circuit 8, and integrated capacitors 10 and 13. On arrival of clock CLphi4, Tr20, 11 conduct to receive DC differential signals from input terminals A and B, and CLphi1 turns Tr 4, 5 ON to feed the state of circuit 8 back to the detecting-amplifying circuit; and CLphi3 grounds one-side terminals of capacitors 10 and 13 right before the feedback operation, and CLphi2 discharges Tr1, 2 via their common source for detecting amplification. It is clear that the detecting amplification comes in effect with high sensitivity by decreasing the voltage dropping speed of the common source, and after the sufficient amplification, CLphi5 transfers the results of the detecting amplification to circuit 8, where they are held.
