Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an inflation film being excellent in an opening property of a pile, a transparency and a high frequency heat sealing property, by a method wherein a polyvinyl chloride vinyliden system resin pile extruded from a die is cooled by a pile agent used for cooling the inside of a specific pile. CONSTITUTION:Melt polyvinyl chloride vinyliden system resins are extruded from a die 1 to form a pile 2, and the pile 2 passes into a coolant 4. Simultaneously, a pile agent solution 3 used for cooling the inside of the pile is poured into the pile 2, the said solution including 0.05-1.0wt% of a hydrophilic surface active agent, such as polyexyethylen sorbitan fatty acid ester, salt of alkylsulfuric ester. This cools the film at both the inner and outer sides. The film passing through pinch rollers 5 and 7 is inflated (6), and air at the inside of an inflation bulb is let out by passing through pinch rollers 7'. This produces a two-layer film which has a uniform adhesion layer 11 of the pile agent sandwitched between polyvinyl chloride vinyliden system resin lamination films 9 and 10, the said two-layer film being wound around a bobbin 8.
