Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated object of a good quality in which no wrong portion, such as wrinkles, gaps, etc., is found, by a method wherein lamination is performed such that a pre-process for protection from a rapid change in temperature is provided before or after a polymer of polyolefin system resin and a metal foil make thermal contact with a thermal roll.
CONSTITUTION: A molten polyolefin resin 6 is extruded from an extruder 5 into between a metal foil 3 and a plastic film 4, such as polyolefin polyamide, etc., fed in turn from film-shaped, long-sized object winders 1 and 2. The lamination is brought into contact with a heat roll 7 for melting at the same when or immediately after they are laminated together. The metal foil 3 is heated by means of a preheat roll 9 before it make contact with the heat roll 7. After making contact with the heat roll 7, a laminated object, which is cooled to a normal temperature by a cooling roll 11 located near a portion where there is a normal temperature, is wound. The laminated object is cooled stagedly by means of pre-cooling rolls 13 and 14 before it make contact with the cooling roll 11. Resins produced resulting from graft-polymerization of polyolefin and α, β-ethylene system unstaurated carboxylic acid are used as the said polyolefin system resin 6.
