Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of cavities in oil passages connecting between an oil tank in a control unit to control a braking oil pressure generator directly via a locked time control oil chamber and the above written oil chamber by providing a pair of one-way valves with mutually opposite directions in parallel in the above- written passages.
CONSTITUTION: A one-way valve in a control unit A is used to return the control oil from inside a control oil chamber 27 to an oil tank T for braking, and maintain oil pressures in the control oil chamber 27 and oil passages 29, 53, and 59 within the minimum level necessary not give any cavity. Meanwhile, another one-way valve 59 is used to supply conrol oil freely from the tank T to the control oil chamber 27, and oil passages 29, 53, and 59, as a control oil pressure reacting piston 19 is moved for return by the pushing of a push spring 22. When a wheel 41 is locked, a signal is issued from a control signal generator 56 to control the opening and closing of valves 49 and 54. Consequently, the control oil is blocked in the control oil chamber 27, or pushed into the oil chamber 27 from a pump P for restraining the further increase of the control oil pressure or reducing the braking oil pressure.
