Abstract
PURPOSE:To permit secondary induced-voltages of a current transformer to compensate to each other for reducing the error voltage by dividing the main iron-core, which constitutes a current transformer together with an auxiliary iron-core, into two, to which secondary windings having different number of turns and polarity from each other are installed being connected to each other in series. CONSTITUTION:An iron core, which consists of two main iron-cores 11a and 11b and an auxiliary iron-core 12, is equipped with a primary winding 13 common to the iron cores. The iron cores 11a, 11b, and 12, are equipped with secondary windings 14a, 14b, and an auxiliary winding 15 respectively. The windings 14a and 14b are connected in series, both ends of which being connected to both ends of a load impedance ZB via a feedback impedance ZF. Both ends of the winding 15 are connected to both ends of the impedance ZF. In this constitution, the windings 14a and 14b are made different from each other in the number of turns and polarity. Tnus, the secondary induced-voltages generated in the secondary windings are permitted to compensate to each other, so that a current transformer having a reduced error voltage can be obtained.
