Abstract
PURPOSE:To make easier the mass-production of a cell of 1mm thick or less by forming sealing plates serving respectively as negative plate ans positive plate by extending them up to the side of cell. CONSTITUTION:The outer frame 8 is formed of a plastic material, its up- and down-sides are provided with the film 9 of nickel, etc., and its downside is welded with the sealing plate A10 of a conductor, e.g., nickel, etc., serving as a negative plate.
