CONSTITUTION:The device consists of the liquid tank 1, the spherical rotating body 3 located below the liquid surface 2, the concavity 4 into which the rotating body 3 is fitted, having the air jet outlet 5 at its bottom, and the case 6 provided at the tank bottom 1a. By keeping a fixed aperture 7 between the outside and the concavity 4 of the rotating body 3, finely divided bubbles are discharged into liquid.
